Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Services

DeployMyVibe provides managed deployment, hosting, and infrastructure services for web and mobile applications. We handle server provisioning, CI/CD setup, SSL certificates, DNS configuration, CDN setup, and ongoing hosting management.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payments & Billing

Setup fees are one-time charges billed at the start of service. Monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly hosting can be cancelled anytime with prorated refund for the remaining billing period.

4. Service Scope

Our service covers infrastructure and deployment. We do not fix application bugs, develop features, or debug code issues unless separately contracted as Code Rescue ($49/hr). If infrastructure issues arise (server downtime, SSL issues, deployment failures), we resolve them as part of your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, distributing malware, sending spam, hosting content that infringes intellectual property, or any activity that threatens the stability of our infrastructure.

6. Uptime & Liability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, your application code, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your service continues until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
