Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate your billing accordingly - no penalties, no lock-in.

Setup fees are non-refundable since we do the work upfront. For monthly hosting, you can cancel anytime and we'll prorate any unused time on your current billing period.
