Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive your profile information (name, email, avatar) and an access token.

Payment information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs but never your card numbers.

Project information: GitHub repository URLs, environment variables (stored encrypted), domain names, and project configuration details you provide.

Usage data: Traffic statistics, deployment logs, and basic analytics for your hosted projects.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain our hosting services, process payments, communicate about your account and projects, provide customer support, and improve our services.

3. Data Security

Environment variables are encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS/SSL. We follow industry security practices to protect your data. Access to customer data is limited to authorized team members who need it to provide support.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Postmark for transactional email
  • GitHub for OAuth authentication and repository access
  • Google for OAuth authentication
  • Fathom Analytics for privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
  • Fastly / Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information through your dashboard. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing us. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider (Fathom Analytics) does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
